Does Anyone Know Any Good Healthy Eating Plans To Use That Also Dont Make You Fell Hungery?

Its just i have a bad habit of eating things late on at night i was told not to eat heavy after 8pm is this true?
Also if anyone knew any good Healthy smoothies to make that give you an energy boost.

    Just eat really regularly mate. 6-7 times a day. But make it healthy – turkey on browen bread, rice, veggies for lunch. Grilled meat, veggies for tea. Anything really.. just steer clear of fats and sugars and eat plenty of the good stuff. I dont count calories or anything mate, i just eat sensibly.
