    Diet – Eating 5-6 small meals per day with protein, complex carbs and good fats is the proper way to go. This will help speed your metabolism and give you the nutrients you need to feel healthy and look better.
    Exercise – This is complicated. There is no “one” way to workout. The best way is to keep mixing up your workout so your body does not get used to one routine which will lead to diminishing results. I would reccomend a personal trainer if you are inexperienced so that you can learn how to formulate a workout program and do the exercises correctly. However, if you cannot aford a trainer, joining a gym that has good group classes (like cycling, kickboxing, yoga and weight training) can be an effective alternative.

    All you need to do is create a negative energy balance to “loose” weight. Therefore, eat less/healthier and exercise more. The exercises required will be specific to where you want to lose weight and tone up. Aim for resistance machines using 50% 1RM completing 2 sets of 15 reps to tone your body.
    PS Circuit training in studio classes are good. Great motivation and a great work out.

    swimming i’d say is the fastest.. but sometimes its not so easy to have access to a pool, and running is really good but can get pretty boring; therefor, my advice to you would be to switch thins up
    get a bike and go biking, the maybe the next day go running, then swimming, etc. just remember to excersize for atleast a hour every day and drink plenty of water. Also, not only is eating healthy important, but watch your portions. and best of luck!

    for the healthy eating plan you can cut off the junk food start to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables
    do not eat to much pasta cause pasta can be a lot of calories so try this and exersise at the gym and that would be the best thing ti di i did that and i lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks it was really hard but it was worth it

    the best ones are the ones you’ll continue to do every day and every day. find something you enjoy and won’t mind doing for day after day. I like to walk first thing in the morning. my daughter likes to run or do tae bo to a DVD. eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink plenty of water, and get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. lean meat, grilled or baked, fresh fruit, steamed or raw vegetables, low fat dairy, whole grains, no fried foods or sugary foods. you can have sweets once in a while, but don’t overdo. if I don’t buy them, I don’t eat them.

    For the excercise part – find an activity you like that way you’ll be more likely to do it – put some weights work with it as it will help you build lean muscle which makes you more toned and improves your metabolism
    I’m still trying to get a handle on the eating situation so I can’t really help you there – but try eating fresh fruit, veg and don’t skip breakfast
