Can you tell me a strict diet and exercise plan to lose weight. I cant eat wheat or dairy and I don’t like chicken or turkey or red meat. Ill have some wheat once in awhile. So what can make me drop in size????? Thank you so much also I have a gym membership, like to exercise but not run.
