This is a tough one…generally we know junk food has no nutritional value too it whatsoever and is so high in energy it gives us a quick buzz of energy leaving us tired and hungry in much less time. Foods such as cereals, fruit and veggies slowly release energy leaving our body feeling much better and has great nutrional value. I can usually tell how ive been eating well or not because when i have been eating a lot of junk, my skin and hair goes gross, i feel tired, its slightly harder to concentrate and i start feel a lil depressed. I also get the worst period pains when ive been eating sugary foods. What I did about a month ago was get a blood test to see how my nutrition was and they checked iron, glucose etc it was really good
having the right balance of the 5 food groups and getting your reccommended daily intake!
The same way you learn anything… study it and observe. Don’t look for a quick and easy solution. Take a systematic approach to your health. Analyze and always try to improve! Education is key!
