- 1 can or jar (16 ounces) small whole beets
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Heat beets in liquid; drain. Add butter, horseradish, prepared mustard, and seasoned salt; stir gently.
